Who we are
Clinicom AI provides healthcare communication intelligence for UK primary care and community settings. This policy describes how we process personal data when you use Clinicom services.
Data we process
- Clinician account details (name, email, role, authentication logs)
- Organization and billing metadata
- Interpretation session content (audio, transcripts, translations, audit events)
- Patient identifiers only when your organization links a patient record with consent
Lawful basis
Processing is performed under contract (service delivery), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and where applicable, explicit consent for identifiable patient-linked encounters.
Retention
Session data retention defaults to 365 days per organization unless your contract specifies otherwise. See the retention policy for purge schedules.
Sub-processors
We may use cloud hosting, email delivery, payment (Stripe), and AI sidecar providers. A current sub-processor list is available on request. Enterprise customers may also execute our DPA template.
Your rights
